Entering the exhibition in 2019
When entering the main Frost Art Show your paperwork (and fees) are lodged separately to the artwork. The key documents for entering artwork are included in the file on this page: the Schedule, Entry Forms and Entry Labels. Download the file and print. Entry fees are $10 per work, with all children’s entries free.
Artwork can be delivered to Barraba in person on 28 June. Alternately you can use an artwork depot from now until 21 June. Depots are in Armidale, Glen Innes, Gunnedah, Inverell, Tamworth, and Murrurundi. Artworks are delivered to the exhibition and returned to your depot for only $8 per work ($4 for photographs). Our sales commission remains at 25%, so please price your work accordingly.
Completed paperwork can be returned by post or email. If in Barraba you can leave your completed paperwork in an envelope at Universal Commercial Catering Equipment in Queen Street.
21 June Last day for Entry Forms and payment to be received, via email or mail
21 June Deadline for you to deliver your works to your depot
28 June Final works accepted at Barraba RSL Memorial Hall (no later than 3pm)
4 July Opening Night with prizewinners announced
5-7 July Exhibition, satellite shows, workshops, and supporting events
7 July Works available for collection by artists or purchasers, from 3.30 – 4.30pm
10 July Courier collects repacked works to deliver back to depots
15-31 July Your works will be ready for you to collect from your depot
31 July Final cheques sent to artists for sales and prizes
