Explain this depot system to me?

With pleasure! The Northern Inland is a big region so Frost has a depot system. There are locations where artists can drop off an artwork, and then after the Art Show pick up the work there. Purchasers of artwork at the Art Show can also use the depot system, that is, someone may buy a painting at the Art Show and opt to collect it at depot. There are depots in Armidale, Gunnedah, Inverell and Tamworth. To use the depot service there is an additional fee of $5 per artwork. Freight is $5 for each work using depots, which includes delivery from and back to the depot.
Artists may also send works using Australia Post or a courier. Address them to Frost Over Barraba, 75 Queen St BARRABA 2347. They must arrive by Friday 25 August.

Can I just drop my artwork off in Barraba?
You most definitely can. The Frost Committee will really enjoy meeting you when you drop off your work. Works may be delivered directly to the Exhibition space at Barraba on Saturday 26 August. Come to the Treloar's Building, 75 Queen Street, Barraba between 10am and 3pm. This is the weekend prior to the Show opening.
Can I drop my entry paperwork off with my artwork?
No, you really can't. Frost needs all your entry information before your artwork is received. You need to get your entering done by midnight Monday 21 August (note this has been extended from the initial 14 August). We have tried to make this process as easy as possible. There is an online entry form at the bottom of this page.
